Unlike static PDF plans, Theron uses a smart algorithm to analyze your health data (HRV, sleep, and activity) to automatically adjust your daily swim, bike, and run workouts based on your real-time recovery.

Adaptive training is a dynamic method where your workout schedule changes based on your recovery. Theron uses an algorithm to analyze your sleep and heart rate variability (HRV). If your recovery is low, the app automatically reduces intensity to prevent overtraining. Something static PDF plans cannot do.

Probably, Yes! Theron integrates directly with Apple Watch and Wahoo. And if you have a different device, we also connect with Strava or Apple Health, so we can still track your training progress.

Absolutely. Theron provides the workout structure (duration and intensity) in the form of a .FIT or .ZWO. You can manually import these workouts on platforms like Zwift, Wahoo or a treadmill, and as long as the data writes back to Theron, we will track your progress.
